This fantastic recipe can be created in 5 easy steps, it's full of goodness and it's a delicious tasty snack the whole family can enjoy.
2 x granny smith apples
2 x carrots
1 ½ cup oats
1/3 cup honey
2 x free range eggs
2 x tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of nutmeg
½ tsp of salt
1. Core and peel apples. (Squeeze out as much juice as you can with your hands.)
2. Grate carrots.
3. Blend Oats until fine to create your oat flour.
4. Mix all ingredients together.
5. Line a loaf tin with grease proof paper & bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
(If the mixture is really wet, you may need to add more oats or bake for a bit longer)
